化學(xué)性質(zhì):淡黃色黏稠液體,有特殊的肉桂香味。相對(duì)密度1.049(20℃/4℃),熔點(diǎn)-7.5℃,沸點(diǎn)253℃(部分分解),127℃(2.13Kpa),折射率1.6195,閃點(diǎn)71℃。易溶于乙醇、氯仿和油脂,溶于丙二醇,難溶于水和甘油。在空氣中易被氧化成硅酸,能隨水蒸汽揮發(fā)。大白鼠經(jīng)口LD502.22g/kg,大白鼠MNL125mg/kg,AD尚未規(guī)定(FAO/WHO,1994)。
用途:香料;保鮮劑。GB 2760一96規(guī)定為允許使用的食用香料。主要用于配制肉桂、桂皮、可樂(lè)型香精,亦用于酒類(lèi)及煙草。規(guī)定也可用作水果保鮮,用量GMP;殘留量≤0.3 mg/kg。
用途 用于配制皂用香精和糕點(diǎn)等食品的增香劑。
