Recommended dishes: The ideal partner with foie gras du Perigord, it is also geeat as a pre-dinn-er drink or to close a meal on a high note.Serv-e well chilled. 佩哈耶橡樹(shù)貝杰哈克干紅葡萄酒 等級(jí): 法國(guó)貝杰哈克法定產(chǎn)區(qū)干紅 年份: 2005 葡萄品種: 美樂(lè)60%,赤霞珠30%,品麗珠10% 酒精度:12.5% vol 釀造過(guò)程:美樂(lè)、赤霞珠、品麗珠分別發(fā)酵。 陳年: 35%在225升的新法國(guó)橡木桶中成年; 35%在不銹鋼酒槽中成年 30%進(jìn)行微生物氧化 此款酒呈深紅色,有此酒獨(dú)特的復(fù)雜香味和紅色漿果的果味。 口感平衡而柔和,有持久的漿果味。單寧極為柔順和諧,一款非常優(yōu)雅的酒。 建議配菜:牛排、鴨肉、(歐洲)小酒館的下酒菜 CHENE PEYRAILLE Classification:ACO Bergerac Rouge Vintage:2005 BLEND:60%Merlot,30%Cabernet Sauvignon,10%Cabernet France Alcohol:12.5% Volume:750ml Tasting Notes:Deep crimson colour.
